Branson is about wholesome family entertainment. The Dutton family understands this as well as anyone in the business and the entire family works together to present the best in wholesome entertainment. How so much talent can exist in one family is beyond my ability to explain, but it is there; I and millions of others have seen it for ourselves. Last year The Duttons were among the top 10 finalists on America’s Got Talent. Millions of TV viewers got to see just a small sampling of their abilities. Here in Branson, locals and visitors are treated to a full two-hour top quality production that showcases the special talents of three generations of this amazing family in their own theatre.

2:00 Duttons Show
Duttons Theatre
The Duttons Show is a show I see each year because they update the show for their repeat customers. Other shows say they do this, but The Duttons actually do it. This year their new Production numbers are Wizard of Oz themed. Judith Dutton sings "Over the Rainbow" in such a beautiful way that I was mesmerized. Even though I know that song by heart, Judith Dutton makes it feel like this is the first time I was hearing and appreciating it beautiful words. Little Timmy Dutton stops the show with his "Cowardly Lion". His big talent uncannily captures Bert Lahr's famous movie role of the Cowardly Lion. I also love knowing that some of my favorite songs from past shows will be sung. "Cotton Eye Joe" is an example of a song I would be disappointed if I wasn't able to enjoy again. Even my old favorites are done with a new twist each year. So, in closing, I will say that I am afraid not to see The Duttons Show each and every year because I am afraid I will miss something special.

LOVED this show. Best show we have ever seen in Branson! Ben in incredibly funny on comedy one liners and his showmanship rules, but I can't believe he plays a bluegrass cello. Can Amy play her fiddle any faster, from Pachobel to Orange Blossom, it really takes off, and she smiles the entire time (esp. on the 1/8 size violin solo!) . Chris the drummer and his two solos might be some of the best placed drum solos of all shows. Often, the drummer is always banging away and can ruin a song, but he is so blended he sounds great. Jon's banjo, he plays behind his back faster than any other foggy. And his act with Ben at intermission, still keeps us rolling. Mom and Dad Dutton are so impressive on the song where they dance "when you say nothing at all" and Abby, one of our favorites and her perfect smile and incredible banjo. And Judith, talk about talent, piano, singing, ...the show really moves so well. It's timed great, and it really rocks. And who can forget Tim, what can't he p
lay. Loved the mandolin, guitar, banjo, fiddle. It's honestly one of the best shows we've seen. And they can all clog dance too! Don't miss this incredible show. Great for every age. We laughed, sang, danced along, and smiled non-stop. We've been back several times and will do so again.

The Duttons was the absolute best show I saw in Branson. I've seen most of the shows there over the years, and The Duttons show completely blew me away. The most amazing thing about this show is the talent of this family. They all play several instruments, sing, and dance. Some of the shows in Branson, and I'm not going to say who, use prerecorded music etc. It's only obvious. The Duttons do not do this. Their music is fresh and live. It is absolutely beautiful. My favorite singer in the family is one they don't use often enough, Judith Dutton, who is usually on the keyboards, has the most lovely singing voice on the stage.
The violin playing by the rest of the family is totally unbelievable, especially Tim and Amy Dutton. Their show is the best when they just play. It is amazing. I have heard music all over the country, and theirs compares with the best.

The Dutton family show is the best all around family show year after year. We are always amazed at the versatility of all the musicians in this group and they never disappoint. This year was no exception from the first draw of the bow on the fiddle to the hand clapping tune of "Boil them cabbages down" in the finale. Whether it is Timothy in a heart rendering song with his daughter, Rachel or a classic comic stick to sell the latest merchandise by Jonathan and Benjamin, it is all entertaining. This year we were privileged to hear Dean Dutton sing "Sixteen Tons". Amy and Abby always delight the crowd. I must admit to envy of their ease with every instrument they play. They seem to switch effortlessly from gospel to country to classic and back again. What a Family!!
We have been coming to Branson for several years and try to catch the Duttons at least once a year. The Dutton kids are just as talented as the parents. This year their rendition of the "Wizard of Oz" was wonderful. Our grandkids were excited to see what the kids were doing this year since the Dutton show video is viewed over and over again when we return home. We have watched them "Splish, Splash, taking a bath" and take to the chimney tops ala "Mary Poppins". Who knows what will be coming next year from this talented bunch.

We see the Duttons several times a year. I enjoy bringing folks that haven't seen the show before and watch them marvel at the talent on stage. This was a perfect show. Everyone was spot on and I never heard them do a better job. They are the best show in Branson. We have seen 11 different shows this year and they were all really good; but this is the show we will attend again and again.
I never enjoy "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". In fact, I usually cringe when I hear the music start this song. Finally, Judith Dutton sings it perfectly. She doesn't try to over reach the song as so many do. It is a delight to hear someone sing it so well.
The thing I enjoy most about the Duttons is the show never grows stale. They constantly update and make changes during the season. The only negative about the Duttons show is that they can't keep each song I have heard them perform, but then I guess it would be an all day show. You can tell the Duttons are not just going through the motions, but enjoying their time on stage together. Instead of competing they are cheering for each other. The kids add so much to the fun of the show. They are wise enough to leave you wishing you had seen more of the kids.
We were pleased that our two guests announced that they are now Dutton fans. All their comments about the show were positive and they assured us they will now be taking others to see this great show. They were impressed with the variety of different types of music, and the many instruments each of the Duttons can skillfully play.
In a couple of weeks we will be taking another couple to introduce them to "The Duttons", Branson's best.

We saw the Duttons May 17. We love their show.
I guess what we really look for in a show is talent and entertainment and they couldn't score any higher. We have never seen any show with such energy, fun, enthusisam, and love for the audience and each other. They really draw you in. They do it all. Their children were unbelievable!! The young lady singing the Teddy Bear song was so talented, she will go far!! We saw 11 shows and they were the best!!!! If I could only see one show in Branson, again it would be theirs. I understand why they made it to the top ten out of 100,000 shows on America's Got Talent. That itself says ALOT!!!! GO DUTTONS!!!!!

I just love the Dutton family! Not only are they ridiculously talented, but they are the most loving people you will ever meet! Their love for one another is apparent, but their love and appreciation of everyone that comes into their theatre is even more evident. Whether it be their own flesh and blood, an employee, or a fan, every person that goes into their show is treated like they are part of the family... which isn't hard since there are already so many of them! hah...
But their show will make you laugh, make you want to cry, and make you want to go back in time to the "good ol'days." All of them play at least 6 different instruments, have striking voices, and produced a few handfuls of beautiful children [who are also very talented].
I was in Branson recently and, of course, went to see the Duttons show. However, the next day I went and seen the show Six, which is a fabulous and interesting show, but the whole time I felt like I was cheating on the Duttons, haha... Even though my love for the Dutton family will not stop me from visiting other shows, my loyalty remains in tact. I went from a fan to a friend, and I wouldn't want it any other way!
Great time, greater show, greatest people in Branson! GO SEE The DUTTONS! :D

We were more then ready to join the Duttons for the 2009 season. This is our must see show in Branson. We tell everyone this is the best show in Branson. We have already been to 4 shows this spring and haven't changed our minds. The Duttons are Branson's best.
I grew up in the Ozarks and have often heard the expression, "If it ain't broke don't fix it." The Duttons are always great, but they don't follow that rule. They constantly change their show, so it isn't just the same show year after year. In fact, we have noticed they often do changes during the year as well.
I enjoy seeing the new numbers, beautiful clothes and costumes.
Some of the new numbers this year are from the Wizard of Oz; One fine day- with Amy, Abby, and Judith sounding like it was a fine day; Bye Bye Love; and 16 Tons. Dean Dutton proves this year where Josh, Tim, Ben, and Jonathan got their talent when he does the 16 Tons number. They take time to change the numbers to fit their adorable kids as they grow. I wanted to bring the Cowardly lion home with me. I recognized that face as little Tim Dutton.
Tim and Judith brought back a favorite of ours, "When you say nothing at all". They haven't done it for a few years. I love when Dean and Sheila come out and dance during the song. They listened to their message board fans and did Pachelbel's Canon again this year. It is a favorite of many. The Duttons are wise enough not to change every thing, they have songs that are a must in the show.
I will say on this afternoon it was great to not only see the usual standing ovation at the end of the show, but I noticed more then once many in the audience were giving standing ovations at various parts of the show. I enjoy listening to what audience members around us are saying during the show. I have yet to hear a negative comment. Often folks will say it was their first visit, but it won't be their last.
The parking lot was over flowing and the theatre was very full. It was a perfect afternoon in Branson thanks to The Duttons.
