My husband and I have been vacationing in the Branson area since 1979! While browsing the web in 2005, I discovered the Branson Critic Online Magazine website and began sending my own show reviews to count toward their yearly awards.
I’ve been with Branson Critic as an Editor since 2006 and an Administrator since 2007.
I enjoy writing reviews and meeting the artists and their fans.
Originally from Brookings, South Dakota, I’ve lived most of my life on one side of the line or the other in the Kansas City area (Kansas or Missouri). Upon retiring in January, 2010, my husband, Sandy, and I will be moving to Lampe, Missouri. We are looking forward to attending as many of the Branson area shows and events that we can possibly squeeze into our retirement schedule. We are excited!

Kathy Bennett has been a contributing Editor since 2006. She and her husband, Joe, and daughter, Becca, make their home in Forsyth, MO. They enjoy many family outings to the shows and other area attractions.

Bob Cort (Bluefrog) is a 45-year Navy veteran (30 years in uniform and 15 as a civilian). Since 2003, Branson had been a planned vacation destination and a hurricane evacuation destination. A month after retiring in Slidell, LA, Hurricane Katrina came through and left its mark on the area. [read more....]

Velva Cort was born in Tennessee but lived most of her life in California. There she met her husband, Bob, and they moved to Louisiana. She was a bookkeeper for the Kahala Hilton in Honolulu, the US Navy Base in Long Beach, CA, and admin for a major department store chain in Slidell, Louisiana. [read more....]

Pat is the author of several books including: They Came Home: Korean War POWs and the soon-to-be released title, The Sharon Rogers Band. She created Benny Books and co-authored The Sunchon Tunnel Massacre Survivors. She is the editor of the Branson Veterans Task Force Bugle and the co-founder of the Branson Veterans Book Awards.
She loves going to Branson shows and writing about them.
